Vision

At Ascension Mental Health, I support women, children/adolescents, and couples as they navigate a mental health journey often marked by struggle and transformation. Like a caterpillar burdened by its limitations, many face challenges that feel overwhelming or insurmountable. My philosophy honors this struggle as a vital and necessary part of growth. Through comprehensive medication management and individualized care, I guide patients toward stability and hope, laying the foundation for meaningful change.

The chrysalis represents the complex and often difficult process of managing symptoms and adjusting treatment. Under the guidance of myself, Lora Pedrosa, MSN, PMHNP-BC, patients receive thoughtful, adaptive medication management tailored to their unique developmental, relational, and clinical needs. Lora’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach helps patients navigate the ups and downs of treatment, fostering balance through persistence, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

The struggle within the chrysalis reminds us that progress is often hard-fought, yet essential for true transformation. Emerging as a butterfly symbolizes clarity, resilience, and renewed freedom. At Ascension Mental Health, I honor each small victory and breakthrough as part of a greater journey. My commitment to medication management and holistic support empowers patients to achieve stability and live fuller, more connected lives. We believe that with perseverance, support, and expert guidance, meaningful healing and lasting ascension are possible.
